     tax proposition.  Assisted in compilation and editing of comprehensive study of assessment practices in New Orleans

     Liaison to Federal funding agencies.  Formulated 1986 operating and capital budgets for Office of Economic
     Development.

     Executive Assistant to the Industrial Development Board of New Orleans  Coordinated activities of private
     developers, financial institutions, bond counsel and City administration.

     Program Coordinator, Private Sector Initiative Program  Administered City's first Private Sector Initiative
     Program funded by U. S. Department of Labor (CETA Title VII).  Developed local guidelines and coordinated all
     activities of the Private Industry Council with private businesses, labor organizations, educational agencies and
     community-based organizations.  Received national recognition for training and job placement.

1976-78  Sellers, Dubroc & Associates, Inc., Lafayette, Louisiana
     Consultant to local governing officials in seven parishes.  Secured Federal funding for capital improvement projects. 
     Represented clients to grantor agencies.  Provided administrative technical assistance from initial funding to program
     close-out.  In 1978, secured over $8,000,000 for clients from $11,000,000 available statewide through U. S.
     Department of Housing and Urban Development's Small Cities Block Grant Program.  Developed in-house
     procedures for engineers' and planners' compliance with Federal labor standards and environmental reviews.

1975-76  St. Landry Parish Policy Jury, Opelousas, Louisiana
     Parish Grants Coordinator  Secured Federal funding for parish-wide capital projects, monitored administration and
     contracts.  Developed the parish's first Housing Assistance Program, involving cooperative agreements among four
     local housing authorities.  Drafted first Affirmative Action Plan for the Parish Police Jury and the St. Landry
     Community Action Agency.  Designated Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for the Parish.
